An exceptional Lisbon Half Marathon for the 60th anniversary of the 25 de Abril Bridge
There are few places in the world where runners get the opportunity to cross a suspension bridge more than 70 meters above the water, with the Tagus stretching into the horizon and Lisbon ahead. In Lisbon, this unique experience takes place on the 25 de Abril Bridge, operated by VINCI Highways and its partner Mota-Engil under the Lusoponte concession.

Via Cristais one year on: restoring safety and service on a key Brazilian corridor
One year ago, VINCI Highways took over operations of the BR-040 section between Belo Horizonte and Cristalina, a major highway in Brazil. To operate and upgrade this road, we created Via Cristais, the company in charge of the concession. At the time, the situation was critical as the road had been left unmaintained for several months. Twelve months later, the corridor has been brought back to operational and safety standards.

On Northwest Parkway, a new habitat for pollinators is taking root
On the Northwest Parkway in Colorado, we are turning a simple idea into something tangible: transforming a one-mile stretch of highway corridor into a native habitat for pollinators. The project is being developed with Butterfly Pavilion, a Denver-based nonprofit working on invertebrate research and conservation. Together, we are creating a corridor that will bring back flowers, plants and, over time, more pollinators along the roadside.

Via Salis marks successful year of operation as first PPP in the Czech Republic
One year after entering in operation, Via Salis D4 highway has confirmed its positive impact on mobility between Central and South Bohemia. Since its opening, more than 5 million vehicles have used the route, benefiting from shorter travel times, improved driving comfort and uninterrupted service, with almost 99% availability and no unplanned closures.
