VINCI Highways finalises the acquisition of its first highway concession in Brazil

VINCI Highways, a VINCI Concessions subsidiary, has finalised the acquisition of a 55% stake in Entrevias from Patria, a Brazilian fund, and will hold the concession for two toll highway sections in Brazil until 2047.
