An exceptional Lisbon Half Marathon for the 60th anniversary of the 25 de Abril Bridge
There are few places in the world where runners get the opportunity to cross a suspension bridge more than 70 meters above the water, with the Tagus stretching into the horizon and Lisbon ahead. In Lisbon, this unique experience takes place on the 25 de Abril Bridge, operated by VINCI Highways and its partner Mota-Engil under the Lusoponte concession.

VINCI Highways celebrates the 25th anniversary of the Vasco de Gama Bridge
Built in 1994 by VINCI and Mota-Engil and now operated by VINCI Highways via the company Lusoponte, the Vasco da Gama Bridge (12.3 km) is celebrating its 25th anniversary today. Considered at the time to be the longest bridge in Europe, it was built to relieve congestion on the 25 April Bridge, for which VINCI Highways is also the concessionaire, and to promote the development of the south bank of the river.

VINCI Highways to acquire a controlling stake in the Confederation Bridge concession in Canada
VINCI Highways has signed an agreement with OMERS Infrastructure to acquire its 65.1% stake in Strait Crossing Development Inc (SCDI), the company owning the concession contract of the Confederation Bridge until 2032.
