VINCI Highways finalises the acquisition of its first highway concession in Brazil

VINCI Highways inaugurates the new operations control center at LIMA Expresa
In order to improve the quality of service offered to its users, LIMA Expresa, a VINCI Highways entity, presented ARGOS, its renovated and modernized Operations Control Center (OCC). The inauguration ceremony took place in the presence of Marc Giacomini, Ambassador of France, José Antonio Salardi Rodríguez, Executive Director of Proinversión and other representatives of the Embassy and Proinversión.

VINCI Highways celebrates the 25th anniversary of the Vasco de Gama Bridge
Built in 1994 by VINCI and Mota-Engil and now operated by VINCI Highways via the company Lusoponte, the Vasco da Gama Bridge (12.3 km) is celebrating its 25th anniversary today. Considered at the time to be the longest bridge in Europe, it was built to relieve congestion on the 25 April Bridge, for which VINCI Highways is also the concessionaire, and to promote the development of the south bank of the river.
